You must complete the following before you can register for any events:

Create a Facebook page

Create a PayPal Account

• Go to www.dartstoc.com
• Top right dropdown – player account
• Select Vendor and your name
• Create Login Name & Password
• Create Question & Answer
• Enter email
• Copy and paste your Facebook profile URL
• Enter the email you use for PayPal
• Re-enter your player profile – select click here to edit or register for an event
• On the top select – 2015 TOC Registration
• Complete W-9
• Complete Appearance Release Form
• After completing both there will be an email you have to click the link to confirm and finish
• It will take a few hours before it is reflected on the website
• Select – click here to register for the TOC
• Select event you want to register for and fill out all information and pay with PayPal
• You will not be able to register for your Qualifier Voucher until you have Bullseye select the time slot

TOC Changes

• Capped Doubles – one cap set at 220 – the brackets will be flighted
• Capped Triples – once cap set at 330 – the brackets will be flighted
• Men’s Qualifiers – top 8 don’t necessarily make the Finale
• o 112 Men needed to fill remaining Finale slots = 14 Qualifier tournaments for top 8 to make Finale
• o Likely will be 20-24 which means only the top 4-6 will make the Finale. Tiebreaker - earlier scheduled Qualifier

Registration for each Qualifier timeslot and all flighted event timeslots is first come first served and closes at 4pm central time on September 30, 2015.
